i'm falling apart

I've not been feeling well for the better part of two weeks now. I think either Matt or Madison brought something home from school and passed it along to me. Started as a head cold / congestion thing, and has evolved into a low-grade fever that comes and goes, along with periodic dizziness, achy joints, and now, a warmish sorta tingly rash.

The kids displayed none of these symptoms. Maybe they did though and we just ignored it, being bad parents that we are. Somehow I doubt it though. Maybe they had a vacine against something and were then just the carriers. Or something. Who knows. Perhaps I picked up some sort of exotic monkey virus when Martine and I were in St. Lucia in December and it's been incubating for the past five months. Crazy talk? Could be.

Anyway, I haven't been to the gym all week. I'm going to the doctor this afternoon to find out what the heck's going on. Jamie thinks I have Dutch Elm Disease. Could be. We'll see.

How good is that? Well, as it turns out, not very good at all. She's worse than I am at updating her blog - she hasn't done so since February 19! That, and she gets her emails prescreened. I guess this means she'll never get that "proposal" I sent.

since it's been a month

I thought I'd post something, just so you know I'm still alive, and on some level, still interested in blogging. Work has been nuts lately, and despite my prediliction for screwing around during work hours, I haven't been able to do so.
