no caps in blog titles

From this point forth, Paul, who is touting the vagueries of employing spelling practises based on his documented yet dubious British lineage, will be asked to conform to using all lower case characters in his blog titles.

I apologize on to the readership on behalf of Paul and his lack of awareness on this matter.
