i don't want to go in those woods ever again!

Martine and I took the kids to Saunder's Farm on Saturday. While we didn't make it through the haunted house, we did make it the full way around the haunted hay ride. We were just steps into the haunted house when Matthew told me to turn around and get out - it was too dark and scary. It did look pretty intense, and I was hoping he'd tell me to turn us around as I wasn't keen on traumatizing the kid, at least not too severely.

We did however take in the haunted hay ride, which was a lot of fun. Matt never seemed too upset or freaked with what was going on, but at then end of it, I asked him how he liked the ride, to which he replied, "I don't want to go in those woods ever again, it's too spooky!" Then I asked him if he had fun, to which he laughed and said "Yes!" So, I asked him if he wanted to take the hay ride again.
