It freaks people out these days when you say "Merry Christmas". While I'm all for other people's rights and junk like that, I'm wondering why we're so afraid to say "Merry Christmas" to anyone anymore. I said it to the lady at the Tim's drivethru last week and I thought she was going to fall out of the window.

Come to think of it, rarely did I receive the politically correct "Happy Holidays" salutation. Perhaps everyone is so screwed up by the political correctness of everything that they've just decided that it's better not to say anything at all.
